DEFINOVA currently ships to customers in the United States through our U.S.-based fulfillment partner, Supliful.
Free U.S. shipping
Standard U.S. shipping is currently free at checkout.
Order processing
Supliful states that order fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Large or unusually complex orders may take longer.
Estimated shipping time
After fulfillment is complete, standard U.S. domestic shipping is typically estimated at 2–4 business days via USPS. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Where we currently ship
At launch, DEFINOVA is configured for U.S. shipping only. Supliful currently states that shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable, and shipments to U.S. military bases cannot be delivered.

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information associated with your order.
Delays, lost or damaged shipments
If your order appears significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, contact support@definovabody.com with your order details.
Incorrect address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Supliful allows changes only during the early order stage; once an order is accepted for fulfillment, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible. If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately.
